Industry Veteran Offers Digital Printing Kickoff Package
Shelly Yarmovsky Press Release

Shelly Yarmovsky, 35 year veteran of the sales and marketing arena in the commercial printing industry, today announced that he is expanding his education program to support digital printers and digital printing product suppliers. The program, which shows digital service providers how to enhance their impact, is the culmination of 10 years of honed customer education while working for industry leaders such as Hewlett Packard and Next Generation Printing. Shelly is now expanding his consulting workload to concentrate on helping a wider range of clients to develop stronger strategic marketing and sales plans to dynamically launch or re-launch their digital printing business.

In addition, Shelly is also conducting less-intensive classes called “tune-ups” which are focused upon specific training situations. In these classes, digital printing professionals deal with their own real-world situations and analyze new business opportunities or alternatives to progress their marketing initiatives.

“The progressive developments made by digital printing were never more evident than at Drupa 2008,” notes Yarmovsky. “Clearly digital printing is quickly becoming a critical and integral tool in an increasing number of production operations. With the elimination of many typical sales objections, you would think the marketing of digital printing services would become easier. Just the opposite is true. The internet, web-to-print, and decreasing costs are increasing the supply and demand, accelerating marketing noise to high levels. Our programs show service providers and suppliers how to transcend the noise and maximize marketing efforts.”

Shelly Yarmovsky is currently available for both long and short term assignments. He has spent the last 35 years in sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility for companies in the commercial printing and graphic arts industry. Since 1998, he has specialized in selling the benefits of On-Demand Digital Printing. Yarmovsky has held senior sales and marketing assignments for leaders such as, Agfa, Scitex/Contex, Iris Graphics, and HP/Indigo, and since late 2006, has served as Director of Marketing and Business Development for Next Generation Printing, Inc. (Canton, MA).
In early 2008, Yarmovsky found his consulting firm and is currently assisting companies in the many facets of digital, variable, and one-to-one personalized printing, as well as conversational marketing and cross media technology. Each is successful in dramatically boosting the results of clients’ direct marketing efforts. Please contact Shelly Yarmovsky at:
